ACASITI has been established to provide A Client with the safe knowledge they are engaging a Qualified Acoustic Consultant to carry out their sound testing requirements. Although the newly established SITRI is designed to train individuals in sound testing methodology, ACASITI goes farther in providing a register of Qualified Acoustic Consultants who have an in-depth knowledge of sound and acoustics. This allows the Acoustic Consultant to provide a more valuable service in advising the Client in construction detailing, methodology and information about failure when a structure does not meet the required performance metrics of Building Regulations TGD Section E 2014 – Sound.
